Surrendered by owner-form said “they could no longer take care of her” and also stated she lived with another dog and kids and had nice things to say. She’s shy (but we have a feeling once she settles in foster and out of a stressful shelter that we will see more of her true self shine), kind, and was one of over 400 dogs hoping for an exit.
