Should you join the cryo craze? My personal verdict still remains undecided, and I continue to work with it daily (so far only once per day). At home I cold plunge (either in the morning or following workouts). I don’t notice much difference in the temp range between 49-52 degrees. I have no problem tolerating 5 minutes. If I can let my body self regulate temperature back to normal I do so. If my schedule doesn’t allow - I shower right after the plunge and get ready to go. Thanks @rulemiami for
