The Men's Six Nations Championship (known as the Guinness Men's Six Nations, Guinness branded as M6N) [a] is an annual international rugby union competition between the teams of England, France, Ireland, Italy, Scotland and Wales. It is also the oldest sports tournament ever between Home Nations.

The 2003 Six Nations Championship was won by England. It was the first time that two teams entered the final round undefeated, with both England and Ireland winning their previous four games. England then defeated Ireland 42-6 to take their 12th Grand Slam, 23rd Triple Crown and 25th Six Nations title.
