2014年7月12日 · I have tried toys for my axies - if you stick a ball in they tend to push it around because it's taking up floor space and it's in the way! But there's no reason not to try - I would stick with hard plastic rather than rubber, rubber can degrade over time.

Leutistics seem to be very popular and I have seen some many toys that arre the right size to sleep with and snuggle with. I am very Jealous of all the fun Wooper Rooper Japanese toys.

2006年11月26日 · Plastic budgie toys - hoops, all sorts of dangly things. Plastic knitting needle over the tank and thread them on! Big rounded edged glass objects - food bowls, climbing toys, things to stare into... Mirror! - yes, she likes to "fight off" the other axolotl occasionally, and stares at herself a lot. Plants - fun to climb, and occasionally chew.

2009年6月28日 · That's definitely weird. The back feet are normal (with 5 toes), but the front should have 4. While it's not detrimental to have extra toes (or gills, or even sometimes tails!), it's not normal.

My favourite being this one: View attachment 15290 They also have a mudpuppy necklace that I think is unusual and quite pretty!

2013年12月23日 · Some other toys I've seen include brand new shower puffs - which can double as a filter 'blocker' to prevent high current, and budgie rings - one user on here dangles them in the water, ensuring they're clean and plenty big enough, and the axxies swim through. Caves, plants and other ornaments are great though, as Auntiejude said.
