BUT, they don’t know Kevin Conroy was going to pass away when he did. Rocksteady was not being personally disrespectful Kevin, and Kevin clearly agreed to voice his Arkham Batman one last time, despite how his story would play out. It really is just unfortunate, but at the end of the day, it is Rocksteady’s fault.

No one will ever replace Kevin Conroy, not really. That being said, if someone’s needed to voice Batman in something (Anything), I’m in favor of Bruce Greenwood. He’s probably the best of the non-Conroy voice actors. Runners up for me are Roger Craig Smith, Diedrich Bader, Rino Romano, Anthony Ruivivar, and Troy Baker.

Yes Kevin Conroy was beloved and his work as Batman was phenomenal. Suicide squad is seriously bad and I won't spoil it but they also did some weird stuff with the batman. But it's just a game, people need to get over it, there's people having meltdowns over this shit on twitter.

Every Batman comic and graphic novel I read, I imagined his voice. He was The Batman. RIP Kevin Conroy. Thanks for protecting Gotham all these years.

2022年11月11日 · I've often heard it said that Conroy really sold the idea that Batman was the man being himself and Bruce Wayne was the disguise. But he didn't overplay it. It feels more like the kind of code-switching people do in real life than some contrived persona or another tired "two personalities in one person" thing.

2022年4月25日 · Just like Mark Hamill is THE Joker in my head, Kevin Conroy is THE Batman. When I read a Batman comic, their voices are what I hear in my head. And both convey so much emotion and nuance with their voices alone. Conroy always manages to give Batman a hard, cold edge but also makes him feel empathetic, although that should be a contradiction.
