What is the longest duration project that ISI has worked on? Our longest Systems Integration project was just over 1.5 years – supplying a retrofit chemical distribution control system into a major semiconductor company’s fab.

We were fortunate in being able to work alongside a fantastically talented group of Motorola Life Science engineers developing a “Bio-Jet” tool, which accurately dispensed tiny chemical droplets on microscope slides.

ISI designed and produced turbocharger restrictors for Sports Car Club of America competitors in both Professional Rally and Road Racing disciplines.

Wafer Cleaner – This tool incorporates a SCADA robot arm to transfer silicon wafers from a ‘boat’ to a rinsing station, where a vacuum chuck holds the wafer while it is spun up to speed in the cleaning process.
